Field Support

You would be providing deskside technical support in both English and German to internal users in the pharmaceutical industry.

It’s primarily a Windows environment, and you will look after new installations, setup & configuration of new equipment, office moves, and general IT troubleshooting.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be working alongside local teams & the service provider to facilitate Install-manage-add-change for end-users. This includes installation and configuration of new equipment so a mix of hardware and software. It’s mainly a Windows-based position so knowledge of Microsoft systems is essential, including Office. You’ll also need some basic networking knowledge and some experience with mobile devices/handheld scanners. You’ll need to be able to communicate in a mix of both English and German.


12 months initially but will likely be renewed if everyone is happy :)

What you need:

  • To be able to communicate in English & German.
  • Experience providing L1 support.
  • Some deskside experience.
  • Hardware & software troubleshooting.

Interview process:

2 rounds - one intro/technical call followed by a more technical interview.
