Founding Engineer

Think scaling up from thousands of orders to 100K+ orders. To get there, you will be rebuilding the entire platform from the ground up. If you love solving tough problems, owning projects end to end, and working with modern tech, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

• Build a brand-new marketplace: Python, AWS, Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, JavaScript, GraphQL.
• Architect scalable solutions on a Linux-based, open-source stack.
• Start hands-on, then grow into more strategic work

The perfect person... Chatbots need not apply :-)

• Strong Python (Pyspark, Pandas, NATS)
• Cloud experience (AWS, hybrid infra)
• Familiarity with Kafka, K8s, Terraform
• Bonus: VueJS, GraphQL, legacy PHP (for now!)
• Driven, thrives in a small, fast-moving team

As mentioned, this is remote-friendly, but you must be based out of Ireland for half the year + 1 day (for tax purposes). This position is based on results; no hand-holding here. Quick, no-fuss interview process too.
