IT Manager

They do brilliant work in the field so if you’re the kind of person who would get personal satisfaction out of contributing to their cause then this should be right up your street.

There will be some cloud migrations & modernisation going on and you will be at the forefront of driving that change.. along with your team of 3 SysAdmins. It’s a mix of Linux & Windows, mainly Linux, and there will be some Azure services set up going forward.

They’re very security-focused given the nature of the work, your main goals will be a mix of people and strategy-focused - line management, mentorship & support, and defining the company’s IT & security strategy.

What you need:

• Experience in leading IT teams, defining strategic visions, and line management.
• Experience implementing IT modernisation strategies, ideally involving cloud.
• Experience in directing support operations, troubleshooting, and training.
• A familiarity with their systems - 70/30 Linux/Windows, lots of open source tools.
• Bonus points if you are familiar with the way NGOs work or have an interest in human rights.
  

Salary:

€80-90k.

Interview process:

3 rounds - quick intro chat with the hiring manager followed by a more in-depth interview. Final chat with c-suite the end.

Location:

Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site in south Dublin. 7 hour workday, flexible start/finish.
