This is a support role providing support for in-house users in a predominantly Microsoft stack. It’s with one of Europe’s largest insurance companies, there’s a lot of modernisation going on so this is your chance to be a part of that.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be supporting in-house users and systems, including mobile and desktop. You’ll be managing O365 support and rollouts, upgrades, imaging of equipment. You’ll also be looking after hardware troubleshooting, and some basic networking issues. It’s all core hours so no shift work or nights/ weekends. No travel required either. There’s a good team already in place, supporting the in-house systems so you won’t be on your own.

Salary:
Around £40k.
2-year FTC
Possibility of extension/permanent after.
Interview process:
3 rounds - quick chat with the hiring manager followed by a technical interview. Final chat to meet HR/ the team at the end.
Location:
Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in either Birmingham or London.
