Technical Onboarding Specialist

They’re big on customer support and one of the main goals is to be as customisable in their solutions as possible. This means you’ll need an understanding of how the experience is different for every customer, and have the knowhow needed to manage each one individually.

You’ll be onboarding new clients to the platform and working collaboratively with them & the internal teams to create a unique ad revenue strategy for each case. Naturally, there is a data analysis aspect to this so you’ll need to be proactive on this side. Relationship building is huge obviously, but you’ll also need to speak with and guide them on a technical level. If you have some knowledge of web development you’ll be well suited to the job.

What you need:

• Solid experience in a client facing role.
• Account management experience.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Some exposure to web development concepts.

Salary:

Between €45k-55k, maybe a bit higher for someone really really good.

Interview process:

3 rounds, intro chat to begin followed by a more in-depth conversational interview, followed by a final culture-fit round.

Location:

Hybrid in south Dublin.
