Principal Data Scientist

You'll be instrumental in shaping Data Science solutions for brand safety challenges across various digital platforms. As an early member, you'll have the chance to build the Data Science team in Ireland from the ground up.

The Day to Day...

You'll lead the development and deployment of ML/DL models at a massive scale. Dealing with huge amounts of Data!! You will be overseeing the product, bringing a focus on deep learning applications in image and video classification. You will apply machine learning techniques to address challenges in online advertising. Your experience will harness diverse data sources to create production-ready ML models.

Responsibilities

• Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms
• Collaborate with the engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production.
• Build and apply deep learning models for the classification of images/videos/text/audio
• Effectively communicate results from ML/DL models and statistical learnings to a variety of stakeholders within R&D and product organizations

Ideal Background

• Experience with Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (tensorflow, pytorch)
• Solid research background and experience in computer vision, machine learning, and image/video analysis algorithms
• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD preferred) in a relevant technical field (machine learning, data science, computer vision, etc)
• Deep understanding of predictive modelling, machine learning, clustering and classification, algorithms, quantitative analytics or data modelling
