Principal Software Engineer

You will work on employee recognition and experience software informed by over one billion data points derived from the interactions of millions of real, actual humans. Your work on the platform will translate to ROI, retention and productivity.

This position wouldn't be a hands-on development position, you're overseeing the technical direction. You will be very much focused on Architecture design and stakeholder management. Overseeing the technical leadership of the entire E-commerce platform allowing employees to decide what rewards are best suited. Ideally, you would have experience with a wide range of technologies, architecting scalable and resilient systems, and delivering well-designed code.

You will have an emphasis on strategic thinking, collaboration with teams, understanding business requirements for architectural decisions, and pioneering the transition to more modern tech stacks.
