Product Designer

Nestled away in Dublin (although they're remote first so you can be wherever you want to be) is a great startup that are building something that makes it easier for companies to get benefits to their employees! It's not always straightforward when you've got employees in multiple locations, but that's what they're here for!

You'll be the first designer in the door, so there's massive scope to help them shape the direction they go with the product. You'll be working incredibly closely with the founders, and they'll be wanting your expertise in guiding them towards creating a product that not only does what it's supposed to, but is super easy to use and intuitive for the end user.

The design team will grow, of course, but this is an opportunity to really set in place the direction for design in the company. Ideally you'll already have experience designing consumer facing products and will be able to share some great insights on how they go about things. Given it's a startup, no two days will be the same, so you'll need to be comfortable with getting stuck in and rolling with things as they go. You'll have ownership of your work and be part of a company that really values your opinion on how they should do things.

You'll need to have experience designing across multiple platforms, and with tools like Sketch/ Figma, and ideally have experience with getting a Design System built from scratch. A huge part of this is your drive and willingness to get stuck into building something great, so you'll be the kind of person who doesn't shy away from a challenge!
