Product Manager (AI/Big Data)

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on data-driven products or AI.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and large data sets.
• Experience working closely with engineering, UX, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver innovative product features.
• Ability to develop and launch product roadmaps based on customer needs and business strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments and can balance big-picture vision with attention to detail.
• Comfortable switching between deep technical conversations and strategic discussions.

What you’ll do daily:

• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and AI/ML teams to design and implement innovative product features.
• Develop and refine product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Lead sprint planning and execution using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-functional communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Identify and address technical risks, ensuring smooth product development and deployment.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge base and document best practices.
