Product Support Specialist

So this is product support, very customer-focused and you’ll need to really dig into the product and learn how it all works.

It’s with a data-focused startup that make it easy for their customers to grow their marketing reach. They also ensure that all data gathered is compliant with local privacy laws. Naturally with these kinds of services, customers need to be able to rely on a high level of support - that’s where you come in.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be supporting their data collection and data compliance products. These are the two key products for the company so you’d be a central part of their operations. There’s no out of hours support, you’d be working a standard working week which means no weekends and no late night shifts. You’ll be building relationships with customers and supporting their needs, helping to improve the product in the process. Ideally you’re someone who is energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn because you’ll need to end up being a proper expert on the product.

What you need:

  • Experience supporting clients in a SaaS product.
  • Communication is key - you will have to be really strong here.
  • Problem solving/ troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement & communicate this back to the team.

Salary:

Between €50-60k, they can go a bit higher for the right person.

Interview process:

One competency-based interview with the hiring managers followed by a culture fit round.

Remote:

Hybrid ideally, they’re in DCC and would prefer 2 days in the office. Remote would also be a possibility.
