Project Manager

More projects than sense! This time we are hiring a number of Agile Project Managers and you will be working with a go-get-them transformation team that offers large-scale transformation program consulting services. This team works with program and project management in various sectors such as health, energy and utilities, financial services and telecommunications.

Your day-to-day:

You will be responsible for leading/supporting project delivery in agile methodologies.
As an agile pm, you will facilitate events and train clients and internal teams on agile mindset and practices.
As a consultant, you will need to understand the service offerings and identify opportunities - actively participate in presentations and proposals of medium and high-complex projects.
Create high-quality work products.
Mainly work with client and third-party teams.


Internal Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for contributing to business proposals and presentations to clients for complex delivery projects
Actively contribute to TD initiatives.
Build strong internal relationships between all service lines.
Develop junior people through supervision, coaching, mentoring and feedback.


What’s needed to get the job:

2-5 years of experience working for the client in consulting or professional services of complex large-scale change/transformation programs, software development or systems integration
Third-level degree - the area of business, tech or project management - Stakeholder management and communication.
Experience as a client or project manager and working on agile principles
Agile certifications would be nice to have or any PM certifications
P.S. If you have experience in the aforementioned sectors, it’s even better!

The salary is between 40k to 85k per year.
