Support Engineer

You’ll be supporting these clients in a predominantly Microsoft stack, Azure, 365, the lot. A little bit of security and scripting would go a long way, and if you’ve some experience with virtual machines all the better.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be looking after the administration of the Azure environment and 365 office suite as well as things like active directory, system and application patching, and general support queries for end-users. You’ll take part in a light on-call, roughly 1 week out of every 5. It’s normal working hours between Monday to Friday otherwise so no night shifts or weekends.

What you need:

• Windows server, 365.
• Azure & Azure AD.
• PowerShell scripting & SCCM administration.
• Experience supporting VMware environments.

Salary:
Around €45k, could possibly go a bit higher for the right person.

Interview process:
2 rounds - first round is a technical interview with the Support Team Lead, and a final round with HR.

Location:
Hybrid - one week on-site in Citywest, one week remote, and so on.
