Technical Account Manager

If you’re looking to combine your data engineering expertise with your commercial and project management skills, this is the one for you.

This is with a company that specialises in ML/AI-based revenue optimisation solutions, primarily for the aviation sector. The work will be a blend of hands-on technical and client interaction, so a strong technical base combined with account management skills are essential.

You’ll be managing the account of an important new customer once you’re settled in, with a view to managing 2-3 in total down the line. It’s roughly a 70/30 split of technical and client-facing responsibilities, you’ll be collecting client data, building & running the models, and working closely with them to provide the kind of insights they need.

Occasional travel is part of the job, maybe 3-4 times per year, so you’ll get the chance to visit international clients.

What you need:

  • A data engineering background with solid experience in ETL processes
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Account management or client-facing experience - strong communication is key here
  • Familiarity with ML concepts is a bonus, they can get you up to speed otherwise

Salary:

€90-95k.

Interview process:

3 Rounds - a quick chat followed by a technical interview and a final culture fit round.

Location:

1-2 days per week on-site in north Dublin.
