Technical Support Engineer

Fancy working in a company that completely revolutionised their sector?

These guys are a SaaS company that develops software for salons, covering everything from booking to payments to marketing, they’re the main players in their space - 90% of businesses in the sector use them and rate them 5-stars.

They’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to look after new and existing customer relationships - communication is key! You’d be working on ticketing and providing L3 support in a SaaS environment, reading and analysing application and database logs, and identifying issues to escalate to the appropriate teams.

What you need:

  • Strong experience supporting complex SaaS applications.
  • Experience with public cloud (AWS, etc.)
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript).
  • Experience with REST API (JSON).

Salary:

Around €40k.

Interview process:

3 rounds - quick intro chat, followed by a chat with the hiring manager, followed by a final culture fit round.

Remote:

Fully remote or hybrid, totally up to you.
