Cloudsmith is a global cloud-native universal artifact management platform. The have raised $32M from a variety of VCs, have over 1,000 customers and 100% annual growth. They partnered with nineDots in 2023, when they were starting to build out their engineering team, and they continue to work with just us. We have helped them hire 17 people to date, although as we are still actively working with them this is expected to increase! Like everyone, Cloudsmith wanted the best people on their team. We spent Time to get to know them, and to understand what best looks like to them, and it’s fair to say that.
