You need a consultant for a fixed period or time, or for a particular project. A contractor is what you need!

Sometimes you don’t need (or can’t) hire someone on a permanent basis. Contracting allows you to hire someone for a particular period of time to help you hit your goals.

We can help you find the right people to join you on a contract basis, whether that’s an engineer, product manager, designer or even interim CTO! Whatever you need, we can help.

If you think that you’ll need a number of contractors to join you, we can discuss our new platform Naoi with you! Naoi will allow you to see who is available, what the cost of hiring is, you can communicate directly with people and get interviews set up very quickly. Even better is that you can do everything you need on Naoi - send contracts, approve timesheets and contract extensions.

One hire, One invoice

Our simplest model. You need a quick permanent addition to your team, we send you an invoice when they’ve started

This is the more traditional model of growing your team, where you receive an invoice for each hire made. As with any partnership, we will sit down with you to understand your needs in depth and get a strong picture of what skills you need on your team. We will offer you advice on your interview process (if you want!) and will give you a market overview so that you can make an informed decision.

We’re very passionate about what we do, and truly believe in doing right by both you and anyone whose details we send to you. We’ll give you honest feedback and work hard to help you hire people we genuinely believe will be an asset to you.

We create partnerships, and whether you need multiple people straight away or one person every now and then, you’ll always get dedication. We charge 20% as our standard for this model, but if you’d like to speak about what you’re looking for we can guide you towards the best option for you!

Fixed costs with shared milestones

You need to hire a new team, or have a lot of important hires to make, and want a partnership approach.

team.Build is an exclusive model where we will sit down and discuss in depth what you need and when you need it by. As part of this model, there will be an agreed upon pricing and payment structure so you’ll be able to clearly forecast your outgoing spend.

With this model, you’ll have a dedicated Account Manager who’ll be your single point of contact and will give you updates every week (or however frequently you want them) on how things are going on our side.

This isn’t just your usual agency partnership.We’ll draw up a project plan for hiring and sit down with you to figure out the deliverables, milestone tracking and success metrics we need to build out your team in the time you have in mind.

We provide in-depth market insights and data on talent and skills, migration trends for specific skillsets if needed, gender diversity, salary benchmarks and who your competitors are for top talent.

By getting to know your brand inside and out, we can put your best foot forward in the market.

When it comes to job adverts, we’ll help you write or rewrite them if you need. We’ve all done a copywriting course for recruitment advertising, so we are well versed in this! As we’ll be your face to the market, we’ll promote your company to our network and will ensure that you are visible to the right people. We’ll even do video marketing if that’s something you want!

Hiring your C-suite team is critical to the success of your business. You need people who not only have the right experience, but also are aligned on the vision for the future of the company.

Hiring for your exec team will have a different approach. We’ll sit down, discuss your needs and develop a strategy with definitive SLAs.

We can talk about this in more detail, and discuss timelines, pricing etc. no problem. As standard, fees would be 30% for these positions, but let’s talk through it in more depth - just get in touch!

Need payroll services?

We’ll help you identify the right person to grow your company.

Maybe you’re new to Ireland, or maybe you’re not set up to be able to put contractors on your books just yet.Worry not, we can take care of this!

With our new platform Naoi, we’re all set up to be able to process payroll and make sure that everyone gets paid on time. We have a separate onboarding process for contractors so everyone knows when they need to get their invoices sent through.

You don’t need to worry about anything here - if you’re a contractor you just send us your invoice and we pay you. If you’re a company, your contractors invoice us and we’ll pay them, and we’ll invoice you. All pretty straightforward!

There’s been a surge of companies hiring AI teams over the last few months! We’ve worked closely with a number of companies building out new teams, and have gained a lot of insight into what the market looks like.

Technologies

Alongside the standard technologies you’d look for (like Python, React, AWS etc.), the most common requirements we’re seeing for AI focused positions are:

For Companys

  • There are a small number of people with these skill sets. Those with this experience are likely already working and may not be open to moving, which means the pool of people available is that bit smaller.
  • Can you offer the opportunity for people to upskill? People can’t get experience without being given an opportunity to learn, so it’s worth thinking about getting someone with the right attitude who wants to learn.
  • Salaries are competitive! Naturally it varies from company to company, but ultimately there’s a big demand for this experience, and there isn’t a huge amount of people who have it, so be aware of this before you start hiring.
  • Location, location, location! The people you want to hire may not be based in Ireland. You need to consider the working arrangements; are you open to remote or hybrid? Remote from another country? Will you offer sponsorship and relocation?
  • Your interview process. Every company will be knocking on the door of people with AI experience, so they’ll most likely be speaking to a number of different companies. There’s no need to have lengthy interview processes - most places stick to three stages (four if it’s people management)

For Candidates

  • This is a relatively new area of growth. Money is great, but it’s important to also think of the opportunity itself and what you can learn. As there isn’t a large number of people with AI experience, if you can build upon what you have already, you’re setting yourself up for success!
  • Be open minded! Some companies will have hard requirements, and others will ask that you’re open minded to learning something new. If you have an opportunity to learn then grab it with both hands, if it’s something that interests you.
  • If you have AI experience, your skills are in demand! This is great, but be mindful that if you happen to be on a rather high salary and want to look at new options, you may find it difficult to find a company who can offer what you are looking for in order to leave your current role.
  • When it comes to salaries for folk with AI experience, they do tend to be that bit higher than their non-AI counterparts. Just as it is for salaries in general, some companies are in a position to offer far beyond what would normally be considered the market rate in order to secure talent in this area.
  • That doesn’t mean that companies who can’t offer the highest salary can’t compete - there's a lot to be said for the experience someone can gain on AI projects. We can offer guidance on salaries in this space, but at the end of the day it comes down to each individual person and company.
