Where Are Ireland’s Product Managers Based?

Currently over the last 12 months the market has grown by 2%. We've just under 3000 and product managers and there kind of is active change in the market.

There's a 13% churn rate so there is movement but it is competitive.

There are 154 Job openings currently but only 13 are open to work. If you're hiring product Managers, it's hard at the moment.

We mapped out where PMs are based across the island of Ireland, here's what we found.

Remote work offers a much greater pool of candidates. Don’t overlook it.

No surprises here, Dublin still the go-to place for PM talent. Only 43% of Ireland’s Product Managers are based outside the Dublin.

Cork has a solid pocket of talent. Good mix of startups and scaleups here.

Loads of cross-border hiring opportunities with Belfast.

Galway has mostly product folks in medtech and software. Quietly strong.

Limerick's talent pool is small but growing. A few good companies making noise here.

Waterford has a small pool that has dropped over the last 12 months by 8% but might suit remote-friendly roles.
