Since January 2025, there’s been less than 1% growth in open roles in Ireland across our client list.

Before you sound the hiring alarm — this isn’t a demand issue.Roles are being filled. The key shift is this:

More companies are hiring.

Right now, there are 97 companies in Ireland hiring through our network — that’s +8.9% compared to the last update.

And here’s the kicker:53 of those companies have more open roles than they did before.

Global Tech Market

Zooming out, we’re seeing similar movement on the global front:

• 150 companies in our network are hiring worldwide — up 11.11%
• 97 of them have increased their open roles
• And overall, global job openings are up 6.17%

Again, these figures reflect data from our client portfolio,  not the full market. But they offer a strong pulse check from the companies we’re working closely with.
