New Month, New Updates, New Insights
February is usually one of the busiest months of the year for new openings. A dip after that is not unusual. A lot of those roles are not disappearing, they are getting filled, moving through interview stages, or being paused after the initial hiring push.
If you are offering flexibility, say it clearly. If you are not, your role needs to be strong enough to compete on other things: salary, progression, culture, team, impact, and all the other bits candidates actually care about.
