Backend Java Engineer (Spring Boot + AWS) Contract up to €550 per day

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and develop REST APIs powering core product functionality
• Collaborate with senior engineers on system design and architecture
• Contribute to key technical decisions as the platform evolves
• Integrate with external systems and APIs
• Deliver clean, production-ready code in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Bring

• Strong backend Java experience (Spring Boot, REST APIs)
• Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals
• Experience in a startup or fast-moving product environment
• Ability to take ownership and deliver independently
• Cloud exposure (AWS a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in complex or regulated environments
• Strong system design capability
• Experience integrating with third-party systems
