Deskside Support

You would be providing L1 technical support deskside to internal users in primarily a Windows environment, and you will look after desktop troubleshooting, managing access, and some basic system administration. If you’ve got the skills, read on..

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be upgrading and repairing IT equipment for all end users, from desktops to mobile devices to printers. You’ll also be looking after user & group management, active directory, and basic connectivity. Communication is very important here and you’ll need to be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical users.

What you need:

  • Experience providing L1 support.
  • Some deskside experience.
  • Hardware & software troubleshooting.


€25k - €32k.


12 months initially but will likely be renewed if everyone is happy :)

Interview process:

2 rounds - one intro/technical call followed by a more technical interview.


On-site in Dungarvan.
