A global, consumer-facing platform is rebuilding its growth engine around organic demand and is scaling that function from Bahrain. SEO is not treated as a channel here. It is the foundation of how markets are entered, pages are prioritised, and demand compounds over time.

This role sits at the centre of that engine. You will be responsible for executing SEO properly and consistently across markets, pages, and intent journeys, working closely with growth, content, and tech teams to turn search demand into qualified enquiries.

This role is based in Bahrain and is open to Bahraini nationals only.

The Role:

This is a hands-on SEO execution role with real accountability for outcomes. You are responsible for how pages perform in search, how technical issues are surfaced and resolved, and how organic demand scales market by market.

You will not be setting the overall growth strategy, but you will be the person ensuring it actually lands in search. This role suits someone who understands SEO end to end, enjoys working close to the data, and cares about ranking quality, intent, and conversion, not vanity traffic.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning on-page SEO execution across key landing pages, hubs, and listings.
• Optimising page structure, metadata, headings, internal linking, and intent alignment.
• Executing link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority and organic reach.
• Identifying and pursuing high-quality backlink opportunities.
• Monitoring backlink health and addressing low-quality or toxic links.
• Partnering with engineering on technical SEO, including crawlability, speed, indexation, and mobile performance.
• Running regular technical and content audits with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Tracking rankings, traffic patterns, indexation issues, and conversion signals.
• Sharing clear performance insights with the growth team, including what to double down on and what to fix.
• Supporting content optimisation through keyword research, prioritisation, and feedback.
• Monitoring competitors and identifying opportunities to outperform across priority markets.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an SEO-focused role.
• Strong working knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Confidence using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO research platforms.
• Solid understanding of site architecture and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience working closely with content and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-led environment.
• Strong written and spoken English.
