L1 Technical Support

Salut, ça va? Sadly that’s as far as my French goes but I’m hoping your English is better..

You would be providing L1 technical support in both English and French to internal users in the pharmaceutical industry. It’s primarily a Windows environment, and you will look after desktop troubleshooting, managing access, and some basic system administration. If you’ve got the skills, read on..

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be upgrading and repairing IT equipment for all end users, from desktops to mobile devices to printers. You’ll also be looking after user & group management, active directory, and basic connectivity. Communication is very important here and you’ll need to be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical users. English is also a requirement.


12 months initially but will likely be renewed if everyone is happy :)

What you need:

  • To be able to communicate in English.
  • Experience providing L1 support.
  • Some deskside experience.
  • Hardware & software troubleshooting.

Interview process:

2 rounds - one intro/technical call followed by a more technical interview.
