Principal Software Engineer

This is a senior individual contributor role, focused on architecture, scale, and technical direction across core logistics and order management systems.

You’ll work on the hardest problems in the platform designing and evolving distributed systems that handle massive transaction volumes, complex integrations, and real-world constraints like customs, tax, and carrier networks.

The role is less about line management and more about:

Setting technical standards
Designing long-term architecture
Solving deep system and data problems
Mentoring senior engineers and tech leads
Raising the overall engineering bar


The stack is Scala on the JVM, microservices, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, and strong observability. Prior Scala experience isn’t required; they care more about system design ability and experience at scale.
