What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and delivery of core services acrosslogistics and order management systems
• Define and guide architecture fordistributed, API-first microservices
• Build systems forfulfilment, shipping labels, and real-time tracking
• Drive engineering standards, clean code, testing, and system reliability
• Scale infrastructure and tooling to support rapid international growth
• Work closely with product and cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features
• Contribute hands-on, writing production-gradeScala code

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years buildinglarge-scale, customer-facing systems
• Strong experience withdistributed systems and microservices architectures
• Solid cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Experience working inhigh-throughput, high-reliability environments
• Strong understanding of system design, performance, and scalability
• Comfortable leading technically while remaining hands-on

Nice to Have

• Experience ineCommerce, fintech, or logistics platforms
• Exposure to functional programming(not mandatory)
• Experience integrating with external systems (e.g. carriers, payments, APIs)
• Strong database optimisation experience
