What’s In It For You Salary - €130,000 - 140,000 Benefits: Bonus, equity, healthcare, dental, vision cover, wellness allowance, travel allowance, lunch allowance, recharge days.. The best set of benefits this recruiter has seen in a while. Setup: Hybrid - 3 days a week in the Dublin office Impact: Lead design for a product used by thousands of revenue teams globally Ownership: Design leadership across a key product area and a growing team of designers Progression: Opportunity to help shape a growing design function as more product development moves into Dublin
Why This Role
This company builds software used by sales and revenue teams to better understand customer interactions, identify opportunities, and make smarter decisions.
The product area you'll be leading is already established and represents a significant part of the business, but the Dublin team is still relatively new.
They've recently moved ownership of this product area into Dublin and are now looking for someone to help build the design function around it.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to spend all day moving pixels.
The team already has strong designers. What they need now is someone who can lead people, create structure, improve collaboration across product and engineering, and raise the overall quality of design execution.
What They Need Help With
You'll be leading a team of Product Designers while working closely with Product and Engineering leadership across one of the company's most important product areas.
A big part of the role is helping the team scale well as the Dublin product organisation continues to grow.
You'll be:
While there is still some hands-on involvement, this is primarily a leadership role focused on people, collaboration, and design quality.
What They're Looking For
Bonus points if you've worked in high-growth product environments where teams are scaling quickly.
The Culture
The Dublin office owns products end-to-end.
Design, Product, and Engineering all sit together and build collaboratively rather than operating across distributed teams.
From speaking with the team, one thing that came up repeatedly was the lack of ego. People are collaborative, approachable, and focused on building great products rather than protecting territory.
Good fit for someone who enjoys ownership, likes working closely with other disciplines, and wants to help shape a growing team.
