Here you’ll shape the employee experience at a senior level, with direct influence on the ER strategy for Ireland's operations. This is your chance to drive meaningful change in how people experience work, from hybrid models to organisational transformations.

You’ll guide managers and employees through complex ER cases, offering coaching and support that makes a real difference to their day-to-day work lives. With senior-level autonomy and direct reporting to the VP of HR, you’ll have the visibility and influence to shape decisions that matter.

What you’ll do

You’ll provide expert guidance on complex ER cases and help shape a forward-thinking ER strategy across the Ireland business. You’ll consult, train and coach managers and employees on a wide range of ER issues, driving positive outcomes for all parties.

Partnering closely with local and global ER teams, you’ll build strong relationships and work alongside regional HR Business Partners to navigate change initiatives. You’ll also lead or contribute to key projects, ensuring ER practices evolve in line with business needs.

As hybrid working continues to develop, you’ll play a crucial role in embedding effective frameworks and structures, helping shape a flexible and sustainable work environment.

What you’ll need

8+ years of HR leadership experience in either consulting or corporate settings

A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline

CIPD qualification (if you don’t already have it) will add to your credibility, along with a strong track record in ER About the company
