Help design and deliver the face of a live, regulated financial platform being built across the Middle East. This is a full-time, fully remote contract role (3 months initially, with a high likelihood of extension) where you’ll own the frontend experience end-to-end: architecting applications, shaping dashboards, and making complex financial workflows intuitive. This is hands-on work where your code ships to production and is used by real customers handling real money.

The Role:

We’re supporting a client looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take full ownership of their web applications. You’ll build secure, performant, and accessible interfaces from scratch, working closely with product and design to turn ambitious ideas into reality. Expect autonomy, tight feedback loops, and direct impact all in a fully remote setup (priority for candidates able to work within GMT +3 hours).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting and building React + TypeScript applications from the ground up.
• Designing and implementing complex dashboards and data visualisations.
• Deploying and optimising apps on Vercel for speed, security, and reliability.
• Integrating telemetry and analytics to understand and improve user behaviour.
• Collaborating with backend engineers to design and consume APIs effectively.
• Ensuring responsive, accessible UI that works across devices and browsers.
• Making technical decisions that influence the product’s direction and UX.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years building modern React + TypeScript applications in production.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
• Product-minded approach and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services or investment-related products.
• Knowledge of internationalisation/RTL support.
• D3.js, Recharts, or similar advanced data-vis libraries.
• Accessibility and performance optimisation expertise.
