Senior Full Stack Engineering Role - NodeJS/React

Senior Software Engineer (1 day onsite, Dublin City Centre)

Build, ship, improve. We need a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a tight product team working on high-traffic web apps and the services behind them. It's mainly NodeJS with a smidge of python.

You’ll be coding every day, shaping technical decisions, and helping the team move faster—without the “team lead / people manager” baggage.

The gig

• Contract: 6 months (strong chance of extension)

• Rate: €500–€700/day

What you’ll do

• Build modern, user-facing features (and the APIs behind them)

• Own work end-to-end: design → build → ship → iterate

• Write clean, testable code and keep standards high

• Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

• Work closely with product/design to deliver real outcomes

Tech you’ll likely touch

• Backend: Node.js (NestJS), plus some Python

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind

• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP

• API management: Apigee (nice to have)

What we’re looking for

• Solid full stack experience shipping production systems (backend leaning)

• Strong React + modern JS/TS experience

• Backend experience with Node (Nest is a plus)

• Comfortable in cloud environments

• Pragmatic mindset: you can move fast without breaking things

• Experience on platform rebuilds / modernisation projects
