If you’re a solid fullstack dev (especially one who leans backend) and you're curious about AI - but haven’t had a chance to get stuck into it yet, this could be right up your street The company are heavy hitters in risk, strategy, and people (think huge innovation centre, solid engineering culture, real-world impact type stuff). They’re spinning up new AI-focused projects and need experienced folks to help get them off the ground.
The gig:
You’ll be part of a team building greenfield AI-focused systems.
Tech-wise, it's mostly Node on the backend, React on the frontend, AWS on the infra side.
You don't need to be an AI expert - they’re happy for you to learn on the job.
You'll likely touch some Python and modern AI tools along the way (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
Strong backend chops are preferred, but if you're more 50/50 split, that's ok too.
Microservices experience is needed, and any API security exposure is a nice bonus.
Stack :
Node.js (NestJS ideal), React, AWS, Relational DB experience (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
Bonus points if you have some Python in the locker, familiarity with AI tools, API security awareness.
Details :
Dublin-based Hybrid setup. (ideally 2 days per week onsite, 1 day is doable)
€500-€600 per day, wiggle room for the right person.
Initial 6-month rolling contract, likely to go perm if it’s a good match
