Are you looking for a SysAdmin role where you can make a real difference?
This one is with a human rights organisation - they work with people around the world who are activists or are fighting for human rights in other ways. It’s a hugely vital cause and you’d be part of the defence of all of our rights. You’ll be part of a team in charge of secure management of the Linux environment and networks. You’ll have 2 other admins in the team to work alongside as well as the IT Manager who is an excellent SysAdmin/DevOps Engineer. Naturally, they’re very security conscious so that will be at the forefront of your day to day operations. You’ll be setting up operatives with new equipment and giving them a secure means of communication.
There’s lots of interesting projects coming up and hiring an admin with good scripting, automation skills and a knowledge of DevOps principles (you) - that’s the key to putting those into motion.
