Senior ML Engineer (Ops) - WorkHuman GenAI

You will be liaising with Data Science teams, ICs, and stakeholders.

nineDots are exclusively working with WorkHuman to hire a fleet of Gen AI oriented engineers for an exciting and secret new project.

Day to day:

Deploying machine learning models into prod and ensuring they’re scalable and secure.

Setting up and maintaining AWS infrastructure, often using services like AWS (e.g., ECS Fargate, SageMaker).

Developing and managing CI/CD pipelines

Continuously monitoring the performance of ML models in production.

Working closely with data scientists and the rest of the Data team to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Skills:

8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related job using AWS

Hands-on experience with machine learning systems, model deployment, and a deep understanding of machine learning models.

Strong Python coding skills

Experience working with large amounts of constantly changing data.

Experience building reliable, maintainable, testable, and observable software.

Knowledge of and interest in Generative AI

4 rounds of interview, including a take-home technical assessment (about 2 hours long).
