Eager to make a real impact in the AI space? nineDots are exclusively working with WorkHuman to further build out their new GenAI team working on one of their top projects. This role will see you join up with the team based out of the Dublin office as a Senior Product Designer, you'll connect the dots by gathering requirements, understanding business problems and opportunities, and empathising with users to identify their needs. Using design-thinking methodology, you'll create low-fidelity prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and comprehensive documentation. Your work will guide stakeholders in making informed decisions, ensuring a consistent user experience across the platform.
The Challenge:
You'll be at the heart of developing cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging your knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis. Your contributions will drive innovation and add value in the rapidly evolving AI field. You'll work closely with their new AI team, ensuring a seamless user experience.
What will your day-to-day look like
Lead end-to-end design processes, collaborating with engineering from initial sketches to product delivery.
Create user flows and design solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Work with product management, research, and analytics to understand users, context, and the competitive landscape.
Explore ways to enhance user engagement using a data-informed approach.
Communicate design decisions and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency using our design system.
Design accessible solutions and prototypes in Figma.
Contribute to team goals and improve design processes, including our Design System.
Mentor junior designers and help grow the team's knowledge.
What you’ll bring to the party
You have 6+ years in a product design role or similar.
You’re skilled at creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
You’ve experience in running workshops with multi-disciplinary teams.
Adept at communicating complex design decisions to engineering teams.
You are all about data-driven in making design decisions.
Proficient with research tools and techniques.
Experienced with wire-framing and prototyping.
Familiar with design thinking methodologies and choosing the right process for each problem.
Able to effectively communicate design rationales to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Up-to-date with the latest AI technology trends and best practices.
Detail-oriented and meticulous in your work.
Bonus points, if you have experience designing conversational interfaces for chatbots or virtual assistants!
