You’ll own the roadmap and play a key role in delivering features that matter—to the people who use them, not just the people who build them. The Role You’ll join a team building tech that puts a sports science lab in your hand. It’s already used by some of the biggest teams in global sport. But there’s a lot to build—and no one to hand you a 300-page product playbook. You’ll talk to users, figure out what matters, scope MVPs, and ship fast. This isn’t a backlog role—it’s for someone who can make real product calls, lead cross-functional teams, and keep momentum even when things aren’t clear. You’ll work across engineering, design, sport science and customer success to make sure the stuff we ship works—not just technically, but in the hands of coaches and athletes.

What They’re Looking For
- 8+ years in product, ideally at some early-stage or scaling tech companies
- You’ve shipped real products
- You’ve worked closely with engineers and designers before, you keep comms clear, and decisions focused.
- You’re comfortable making trade-offs and product decisions with incomplete info
- You ask good questions, listen to users, and know how to separate nice-to-haves from actual needs
- Bonus if you’ve got a background in UX, sport science, or analytics—but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the product roadmap
- Work with engineers, designers, and sport scientists to build the right features
- Talk to users and analyse usage to spot opportunities
- Scope MVPs and ship them in a way that’s fast, focused, and reliable
- Use real-world feedback and data to improve and iterate

Working Arrangements
