Senior QA Engineer - Workhuman GenAI

If you're a Quality Engineer with experience testing AI/ML products then read on - you can join up with a team making a real-world impact in the area.

You’ll be working to support the development of a new AI product that will be rolled out enterprise-wide. The exact details are still under wraps but rest assured everyone is very excited about it. You’ll be part of the team that will take it into production.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead manual and automated testing processes within the team.
• Implement automated testing solutions for AI and Machine Learning systems.
• Integrate solutions into a continuous deployment model alongside the infrastructure teams.
• Be an advocate for quality, making sure testability is considered a key aspect of the designs.
  

What you need:

• Experience designing and extending automation frameworks.
• Experience building automated testing solutions for AI and Machine Learning based systems.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
  

Interview process:

Initial 30 minute intro chat followed by a take home test which you’ll run through in the technical round. Final behavioural round at the end.

Location:
Hybrid in Dublin. They can accommodate remote if necessary but the preference would be some face to face interaction for the new team.
