Senior Software Engineer - AI Squad

You'll be pivotal in directing the R&D lab being built out here in Dublin. This is your chance to harness the power of AI, to bring projects from idea generation to production. The company already leverages AI for a lot of its work, but they are going to harness the power of GenAI and LLM's. This is the best of both worlds. As it's a start-up environment in a well-established company with over 40 million active learners.

The day-to-day.

This is a Greenfield build so you will be building and architecting products from the ground up to production.
Applying AI to massive data sets.
Happy to work on the entire software and product lifecycle.
Collaboration is key so you will combine and harness the collective strengths of the team to have a tangible impact in Educating the masses.

Requirements.

6+ years in Software Development
Experience with Python and React - If you are stronger on the backend side of things that's ok.
Deep understanding of design patterns and cloud architecture.
Hands-on experience with various DB's in high-performance environments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Ideally, you would have commercial experience working with AI and LLM's. If you are stronger in different areas like Infrastructure or working in massive data environments and want to move into this environment there is scope for that.
