Engineering Lead - Hands-on- 120k

This SaaS company based in Dublin is growing massively across all of their engineering pillars.

So this engineering manager role is a little bit of an outlier for them, they like their engineers to take ownership of end to end solutions, no silos here.

They need an all singing, all dancing manager, but in a good way, someone who is technically very credible, who can talk the talk and walk the walk in terms of implementation.

Tech wise they are fairly agnostic when considering new engineers, but people need to have experience with modern cloud heavy environments and microservices.

They use Python, NextJs, AWS

If you're currently working on Python heavy projects then happy days! If not, if you come from a Node/TypeScript background, Ruby etc, then that's totally fine too! A good engineer is a good engineer at the end of the day!

The interview process will delve into your hands-on experience, your technical architecture skills and general product deliverable experience. They want to see how you innovated or fought against adversity to get things done.
