A company builds software that helps companies manage their mobile devices and tablets, (especially when those devices are out in the field) are seeking a hands-on Architect/Principal SW Eng who can design big systems, write great code, and steer teams toward better tech. You’ll be the driver behind the APIs, middleware, and the guidance of the “non-functional” but very important bits like performance, security, scalability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect and build core components: APIs, services, UI, middleware
- Drive non-functional features
- Review designs, prototype new ideas, squash technical debt
- Collaborate with other teams to keep things organised
- Document everything in sight
- Mentor your team
What you have:
- 10+ years building and designing multi-tiered apps
- Strong experience with .NET, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js
- You speak fluent SQL and know your way around NoSQL too
- You've used lots of ElasticSearch, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD
- Excellent “speaking to humans” skills.
