nineDots is Bahrain’s only technical recruitment company. We’ve been here since 2023, with a team also based in Dublin, Ireland. As demand from startups, scaleups and tech teams across MENA continues to rise, we are growing our Bahrain team.

What your day to day looks like

You will be trained and supported, but hands-on from the start:

  • Reaching out to tech talent whose skills match what our clients need
  • Writing job adverts that speak to the right people
  • Managing high volumes of applications across multiple roles
  • Speaking with candidates daily to understand strengths, experience and goals
  • Helping match people to the right opportunities and guiding them through the process


Quality matters to us. We keep things simple, honest and no-nonsense, and we take pride in what we do.


What we're looking for:

No recruitment experience needed. Curiosity, effort and willingness to learn go further than anything else.


You should:

  • Understand basic differences in tech roles: frontend, backend, DevOps, TPM, etc
  • Enjoy speaking with new people and building rapport
  • Stay organised and keep pace with change
  • Be open to feedback and committed to improving your craft


Experience that would be beneficial would be any kind of customer facing, or customer service experience. You will be speaking with a lot of people, so if this is something you’ve done before that will help a lot!


Where you’ll work:

You’ll be based in Bahrain with your manager, while also working closely with our team in Ireland. We speak daily over Slack and calls, so communication and initiative matter. We’re small, which means things move quickly and you can grow quickly with us if you show it.
