Customer Success Advisor – Conversion & Experience - Bahraini Nationals
A scaling, consumer-facing services platform with international demand is expanding its customer operations in Bahrain. As a Customer Success Advisor, you’ll guide customers through a high-consideration booking journey, ensuring every enquiry is handled with clarity, care, and urgency.
This is a high-touch, customer-facing role where experience and follow-through directly impact conversion and revenue. This role is open to Bahraini nationals only.
The Role:
This role sits at the centre of the customer journey. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for assigned enquiries, supporting customers from first contact through booking, payment, and final confirmation.
It’s a role that blends consultative guidance, customer support, and operational execution. You’ll be responsible for progressing bookings, answering questions, and ensuring every customer feels informed and confident at every stage.
This is not a call-centre role. Ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail matter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Acting as the main point of contact for assigned customer enquiries.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options.
• Guiding customers through the booking journey from enquiry to confirmation.
• Managing bookings end to end, including follow-ups, documentation, and payments.
• Ensuring no enquiry or booking is delayed or dropped.
• Answering questions around options, contracts, payments, and timelines.
• Providing reassurance and hand-holding where required.
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
• Following defined workflows, SLAs, and response standards.
• Sharing feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• 2–4 years’ experience in customer success, sales support, account management, or booking-led roles.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
• Background in services, marketplaces, education, travel, or hospitality is a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems and operational tools.
