SDR (SaaS, AI / eCommerce) Greater London, £45-50k base + High OTE Potential

You’ll join a SaaS company in the AI and eCommerce space where the product already converts, your role is to drive outbound pipeline. Working closely with experienced closers, you’ll generate high-quality conversations, manage and optimise the CRM in HubSpot, and build automated follow-up systems to ensure no opportunity is missed. This is a high-impact SDR role for someone who understands outbound, takes ownership, and wants a clear path into closing.

This is a pure SDR role focused on building pipeline and booking quality demos, not just hitting activity metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
  • Build targeted prospect lists within the eCommerce space
  • Use AI tools to personalise outreach at scale
  • Book high-quality demos for the closing team
  • Own and manage HubSpot, keeping pipeline, activities, and data clean and up to date
  • Build automated follow-up sequences and ensure no opportunities drop off
  • Continuously test messaging, channels, and sequences
  • Work closely with founders to refine outbound strategy

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years experience in an SDR role within SaaS
  • Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot or similar
  • Strong understanding of CRM hygiene and pipeline management
  • Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow
  • Strong communication skills, clear, concise, commercial
  • Self-starter mentality, you take ownership

Nice to Have

  • Experience targeting eCommerce brands
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools
  • Startup or early-stage company experience
