Student Advisor – Bookings & Support (Early Career)

A scaling, international student services platform is expanding its operations in Bahrain. As a Student Advisor, you’ll support students through a high-consideration booking journey, helping them secure accommodation for their studies abroad.

This is a high-touch, student-facing role where how you communicate, organise, and follow through directly impacts bookings and overall student experience.

This role is open to Bahraini nationals only.

The Role

You’ll sit at the centre of the student journey, acting as the main point of contact for assigned enquiries. From first message through to booking, payment, and confirmation, you’ll guide students step by step.

The role blends student support, light consultative guidance, and operational execution. You’ll be responsible for keeping bookings moving, answering questions clearly, and making sure students feel confident in their decisions.

This is not a call-centre role. Ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for assigned student enquiries
  • Understanding student needs and helping them choose suitable options
  • Supporting students through the booking journey from enquiry to confirmation
  • Managing bookings end to end, including follow-ups, documentation, and payments
  • Ensuring no enquiry or booking is delayed or dropped
  • Answering questions around accommodation, contracts, payments, and timelines
  • Providing reassurance and support where needed, including with parents
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Following defined workflows, SLAs, and response standards
  • Sharing feedback to improve processes and student experience

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or support role (internships, part-time, or placements considered)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups at once
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Candidates who have studied abroad will be viewed favourably, but this is not essential
  • Background in education, hospitality, travel, or services is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or systems is helpful but not required

What’s in It for You

  • A student-facing role with clear responsibility and ownership
  • Direct exposure to bookings, conversion, and student experience
  • Structured processes with room to learn and develop
  • Bahrain-based role within a growing international platform
  • Competitive salary and benefits
