Head of Product – Regional Growth Leadership

Bahrain | On-site | Regional Scope (GCC)

Following a major regional milestone, this fast-scaling digital business is entering its next phase of growth across the GCC. As Head of Product, you’ll define and deliver the product vision that underpins this expansion.

This is a senior leadership role, based in Bahrain and reporting directly to the CEO, with ownership of product strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes across multiple markets.

The Role:

You’ll lead the product function end-to-end, setting direction while staying close to delivery. The focus is on building and scaling customer-centric digital products that perform at volume, expand into new markets, and deliver measurable commercial results.

Industry-specific domain knowledge can be learned. What matters most is experience operating at scale, leading complex product environments, and driving growth across markets.

This role suits someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and has taken products through meaningful scale-up phases.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to regional growth goals
  • Leading the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimisation
  • Scaling digital products used by large, growing customer bases
  • Driving product-led growth, engagement, and retention across multiple markets
  • Working closely with engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver at pace
  • Owning product P&L, performance targets, and commercial outcomes
  • Leading go-to-market planning for new products and features across the GCC
  • Setting and tracking KPIs across product performance, customer impact, and cost efficiency
  • Ensuring products operate within regulatory, data, and risk frameworks where required

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 10+ years in senior product leadership roles within a scaled digital business
  • Proven experience building and scaling products used by large customer bases
  • Strong track record owning product P&L or commercial performance
  • Experience launching products into new markets or regions
  • Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong cross-functional influence
  • Familiarity with regulated environments is useful, but not essential
  • Bilingual Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Willingness to live and work in Bahrain, with regional travel across the GCC
