This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a structured, regulated environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and clear accountability.
• Engaging stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Monitoring project performance and ensuring deliverables meet defined quality standards.
• Preparing and presenting status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Working with vendors and external service providers to ensure successful implementation.
• Reviewing completed projects to identify lessons learned and improve internal processes.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Confident stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
What’s in It for You:
• A stable and structured environment within a well-established organisation.
• Exposure to cross-department initiatives with real business impact.
• The opportunity to strengthen your project leadership capability within a regulated sector.
• A clear reporting line and defined project governance framework.
