IT Project Manager
Join a growing IT Project Management function within a well-established insurance organisation undergoing major digital transformation across customer experience, operations, integrations, and internal systems.
This is a hands-on Project Manager role focused on improving delivery, introducing structure, and helping drive critical initiatives across the business. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and still evolving, so this role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, and bringing clarity to complex projects.
The Role:
You’ll work closely with business users, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to manage projects from initiation through to delivery. Projects may range across applications, integrations, digital platforms, customer experience initiatives, infrastructure, data, and operational improvements.
The IT Project Management function is still relatively new, so this is also an opportunity to contribute to how projects are managed across the organisation moving forward.
This role suits someone pragmatic, organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects at different stages of delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing end-to-end IT and digital projects across the organisation.
• Defining scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technical functions.
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and keep projects aligned to business objectives.
• Managing vendors, third-party providers, and implementation partners.
• Identifying risks, blockers, and delivery challenges early and helping drive resolutions.
• Supporting and improving project governance, documentation, workflows, and delivery processes.
• Tracking project progress through Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Preparing project updates and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Helping introduce and mature project management best practices across the organisation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• 3–5 years of experience managing IT, technology, or digital projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
• Comfortable working across both applications and infrastructure-related projects.
• Experience working with integrations, APIs, migrations, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is beneficial.
• Background within insurance, banking, telecoms, MSPs, or other regulated/service-led environments would be advantageous.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Arabic fluency would be a ideal.
What’s in It for You:
• Opportunity to join a business actively investing in digital transformation
• Exposure to a broad mix of business-critical technology initiatives
• A chance to help shape and improve delivery processes within a growing PMO function
• High visibility across business and technology teams
• A collaborative environment with strong leadership support for improving project delivery
Next Steps:
If you’re currently managing technology projects and want a role where you can have real influence on delivery, process improvement, and business outcomes, this could be a strong opportunity.
