Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Co-Ordinator to be involved in every aspect of nineDots. You’ll work very closely with the Founder and Marketing Manager, and will do everything from helping us create marketing strategies, create content, competitor analysis as well as researching and identifying new trends and technologies.

You will have a lot of space to grow here, and will be given a lot of creative freedom. We do have brand guidelines to work with, but you’ll be given scope to come up with new ideas and implement them. You’re someone who can work autonomously, but equally aren’t afraid to ask for guidance when you need it.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across social media platforms, for both nineDots and Naoi.
• Create engaging content for our blog and social channels
• Support the marketing team in organising events.
• Analyse data from our social channels to help shape future strategies.
• Collaborate with our teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Experience with video editing
• Experience website building
• Experience working in the agency recruitment industry is preferred
• Experience working with start-up founders/leadership
• Go to market experience
• Experience in a start-up launching from zero to one
• Experience in a strong brand background
• Strong design experience (merch, infographics, social posting).
• Experience with AI-assisted workflow.
