Is Microsoft Dynamics kinda your thing? This is a job for an MS Dynamics CRM Developer to transforming Microsoft Dynamics CRM infrastructure. If you love the idea of turning a back-end system into a central powerhouse for customer experience and revenue generation, this could be the perfect gig for you!
As CRM Developer, you’ll take the reins in modernizing and enhancing current Microsoft Dynamics CRM instances. You’ll not only clean up and update three distinct systems but also spearhead the expansion to an additional 1-2 instances as needs grow.
Your role goes beyond just technical tweaks—it's about planning too. You’ll be at the forefront of evolving the existing CRM from a simple support tool to a state-of-the-art platform that drives customer engagement and fuels business growth. Your work will ensure it is not just a system in the background, but a crucial element in delivering top-notch customer experiences.
How will you make an impact?
System Modernization: You’ll dive into existing CRM setups, clean them up, and bring them up to speed. Plus, you'll build new instances when the need arises.
Strategic Development: Planning and executing enhancements will be your bread and butter. You'll push the boundaries of what the CRM can do, making it a central hub for customer experience management.
Collaboration and Integration: You'll be the go-to person working closely with the other teams to ensure the various CRMs align perfectly with their needs.
Innovation and Best Practices: You’re not just following the playbook - you’re writing it.
What do you need to bring?
Here are the three key ingredients you’ll need:
Proven Experience: You’ve got 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You’ve led CRM modernization projects before, and you know how to keep everything documented and running smoothly during the evolution process.
Strategic Mindset: You’re not just about making things work—you’re about making things better. You have a proven track record in strategically enhancing CRM systems to better serve business functions.
Integration Expertise: Experience integrating CRM systems with various business functions is a must. Whether it’s working with sales, finance, or tech teams, you know how to bring everything together seamlessly.
Bonus points for:
Multi-instance Management: If you’ve managed multiple CRM instances across different companies or portfolios, I definitely want to hear from you.
End-to-End Vision: If you see CRM as more than just a back-end system and have experience turning it into a key component of customer experience management, that’s a huge plus!
Salary is up to €80K, obviously depending on experience
Work permit sponsorship isn’t possible but Stamp 1G (spousal), EU passport, or Stamp 4 are welcome.
