The new system is going to be a web-based system using the latest Microsoft stack. .Net 8, Typescript etc. This is where most of the work will be focused on going forward. The position will have a strong focus on DB’s and web development. At the start like all migrations… there will be some work on the Legacy side of things.

Day to day

You will be working closely with the lead engineer who designed and built the old system. So no searching for old incomplete documentation. When you are up to speed on that you will be pivotal in migrating everything over to the new system.

It's a hybrid position twice a week in the office, with the team being spread between London and Birmingham. The team goes in on Thursday for facetime and events.

Tech Stack: NET 8 Ideally (.net 5 and above), C#, SQL, Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, Azure DevOps.
