HybridFull time

Product Designer (Mid Level)

What’s In It For You Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 + Stock/Benefits Impact: You’ll help shape how athletes and coaches interact with performance data every day Ownership: End-to-end product design across mobile and web Setup: Hybrid - typically 2 days a week in the Dublin office Why This Role This company builds technology used by elite sports teams, coaches, and athletes to measure and improve performance. The product is already well-established and used globally, but there’s still a lot of opportunity to improve how complex data is presented and understood. They need someone who cares about simplifying information and designing products that feel intuitive without losing depth. You won’t just be polishing screens here. You’ll be helping define how users interact with performance insights, trends, and analytics across the platform.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll work closely with the Head of Product and another designer, owning product design across both mobile and web.

A big part of the role is making data-heavy experiences feel clean, useful, and easy to understand.

That includes:

  • Designing dashboards, analytics views, and insight surfaces
  • Simplifying complex information and reducing cognitive overload
  • Working closely with coaches, athletes, and sports scientists to gather feedback
  • Contributing to the design system and improving consistency across the product
  • Using tools like Figma and AI-assisted prototyping tools to move quickly and iterate faster

What They’re Looking For

  • Around 3–5 years of product design experience
  • Strong UX and UI craft with a solid portfolio
  • Experience designing across mobile and web products
  • Comfortable working on data-heavy or analytics-driven products
  • Strong Figma skills
  • Someone who genuinely cares about how products work, not just how they look
  • Comfortable simplifying complexity and improving clarity for users

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools
  • Experience contributing to design systems
  • An interest in sport, health, fitness, or performance data

The Culture

Small team of people who enjoy doing good work. Lots of ownership, so you’ll be working closely with product, engineering, and real users rather than sitting in a silo, handing over mock-ups.

Good fit for someone who likes collaboration, moving quickly, and getting stuck into meaningful product work.
