Senior Software Engineer - Reporting

You will be responsible for modernising reporting architecture, so ideally you'll have been through the trenches of scaling data solutions before.

This analytics powerhouse are growing fast and tackle massive-scale data challenges in elite sports. Staff retention is strong, the work is exciting, and this is a chance to make a real impact.

You’ll lead the charge on building a new data warehouse, ensuring they have the right infrastructure to handle a 10x data increase over the next few years. Expect to benchmark databases, make key architecture decisions, and guide a team of 9 through the transition.

This is a Ruby house but are keeping things tech-agnostic with this role. Granted, the language isn’t exactly built for heavy data lifting, so this is more about experience in scale than being a Ruby Engineer.
