You will:
Build and ship AI-driven features end-to-end
Work directly with senior leadership and product teams
Design scalable backend systems
Experiment with real data to prove and tune functionality
Own work across the full lifecycle (idea → release → iteration)


You probably have:
3+ years building production software
Strong PHP and want to get Python experience
Good database fundamentals (SQL / NoSQL)
Testing mindset (unit + integration)
AWS or any other major cloud


Nice to have:

AI / ML / LLM exposure, FastAPI or Symfony, CI/CD, frontend experience, startup mindset.
Hybrid (3 days onsite). Strong benefits + learning support.
